- Our consultants will work in partnership with you to develop a detailed job specification.
- We will seek out only the best and most relevant candidates in the Environmental sector, not just those who have put themselves 'on the market' and can be accessed the fastest.
- We will provide detailed feedback on how the marketplace views your opportunity. We are not a "resume house" who goes after just the low hanging fruit.
- All candidate searches will be processed with the utmost confidentiality.
- Client identities will not be disclosed to candidates without permission from your senior management and only at the appropriate time.
- Our aim is to provide you with a short list with a minimum of three quality candidate profiles for each vacancy.
- Our terms, conditions and charges will be fully explained before we progress your vacancy.
- A candidate's resume will only be forwarded after you have requested it, and the candidate has given us permission to do so.
- We will keep you fully informed of progress with weekly updates on the search process.
- We will be open and honest with you, our client, throughout the recruitment process.
- We will execute the entire process from start to finish, including verbal offer, written offer, resignation letter, counter offers and exit strategy.
- JPA has a 95% close rate because of our execution of this process.
- We will work towards improving our services wherever possible.
